I have the same problem like everybody else for merchandise worth 29.98, two of insta hang, cost 113.56. I tried to cancel my order which is impossible, I called them 1hr later, they said give us 24 hrs, I called them again, they said not yet, then I found I was already charged on my card, I tried to cancel shipment and was told that was shipped already. Than I ask for tracking number which they couldn't provide.
Is there somebody who can help me to get my money back. I filed complaint with FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection.
