Bakler Inc primarily targets people from Russia and Ukraine looking for help receiving a visa to the United States. They offer plans to prepare and process the J-1 visa (for InterExchange students), F-1 (for students), L-1/H1 (for foreign workers) or B1/B2 (for tourists).
Upon receipt of the first or second payment, communication will abruptly end, and Bakler Inc will move on to the next victim.
