I received a letter from the FAA stating that they identified $2,342, 000.00 in non-disbursed funds that is currently pending payment, but still unclaimed. They gave me a tracking and ask me to send in $20 in cash, check, or money order to a P. O Box 527800 in Miami, Fl that was a red flag for me right there.
