And Mike Hess are operating an advance fee scam in the Orlando area and are robbing people of their Timeshares by supposedly selling them but the proceeds are never seen by the sellers. The address used for the Company is a mail box inside a businness callled U.S. Pack N Ship located at 7651 Ashley Park Court, Suite 408, Orlando, FL 32835.
