Waited 10 min after being seated to place our order. We were there at 2:30 pm. (restaurant not busy). All we wanted was the new waffle sundaes. It took 30 min to get the sundae, waffles were not even warm. Coffee was old, and not very hot, must have been there all day. And the waitress was rude, when we questioned the time it was taking, she responded that they have to make the waffles. We understood that, but still 30 min for a sundae? It will certainly be a long time before we go back to Friendly's.
