I am currently at work and it was 1:39pm specifically after lunch and I received a call from a number (92362) which I thought was weird. I answered the phone to hear a foreign accent in the back ground and she replied congratulations you have been pre-approved for $1500. I paused and so did she but in between the silence you can hear all the other people in the back ground like it was the stock market in Manhattan, New York. So we continued by asking my information. I proceeded by giving my complete address and when I began to think about the whole thing, I asked what company she was calling from and she stated the company name. I immediately googled the company and there it was "scammers company Instant Lending Group". I began to ask the lady on the phone for a contact number and the website information so I can go online to look it up and she said that I would get all of this information once her verification was completed. I said so I am giving to my information and you don't have a contact number for your company. She stated mame I will give you all of that when I am done my verification. I said ok and thank you and then I hung up. Too many people are getting their identity taken today and it makes all of us wonder but please please be aware and if you are having hard times like alot of us are we need to think more logical than giving all of our personal information over the phone. We can no longer hide because of technology no matter who you are. They get your information now at the grocery store, payless, walmart, kmart, target all by an email address.
