I had the opporunity to work with someone very special and her name was Uzy from oxnard sit n slleep. My husband is disabled and i had bought a temperpedic bed well the base went out on me and i kept calling the customer service dept. And they told me they would order me a motor well for 2 months this problem was not resolved so i finally got in contact with the oxnard store and had the pleasure of talking to Uzy and let me tell you she took care of this problem within 2 days delivered me a new base to use until the motors came in which now they told me were on back order for another few weeks. I really want to let you know what a exceptial and valuable worker you have in your oxnard store. Also her and Robert delivered it to me. He had the day off and took part of his day to help me with the situation so thank you sit n sleep for having 2 wonderful and caring people working for you sincerely Kathy Tabullo
