My husband and I both used this service in March for one inquiry each. Somehow they are deducting $14.95 from our bank account. I have no idea why. When I attempted to cancel it, the email only replied to a "deal" that indicated that my spouse had purchased something for $39.95. He recalls that he did not order anything other than the one time search (which was inadequate to say the least... Some replies right, some wrong). Any idea how to get the $14.95 off of our bank account distribution?
