I purchased two personalized t-shirts from AllPersonallyYours.com for my son who is turning one in April. I had figured ordering approximately seven weeks before the event was plenty of time to have the items made and shipped, even with some delays. I checked the order status a few times a week, eager to receive an update. After a month had passed with no updates, I decided to contact the company to inquire only to find out the telephone number they listed on their website is temporarily out of service. I sent a few emails with no response. After researching online, trying to locate an alternate telephone number, I came across many customer complaints who had experienced the same problem I am going through. With the amount of complaints the company has received in the last year and continue to receive, I am surprise they are still in business, or have a operating website. It is very disappointing to come across a dishonest company who prey on people's good nature while trying to celebrate a special occasion in their lives. I would like a refund, but based off the comments left by others, I seriously doubt it happening.
This would be the first time I had written a negative comment about a company. I feel that mothers (or people in general) who do online shopping should know so they avoid the unpleasantry of having to deal with fraudulent transactions.
I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from AllPersonallyYours. Stay away from this company. Do not make the mistake of handing free money. What needs to happen is to have their website taken down, and have the responsible parties face the legal repercussions of their actions.
