Delayed shipping so that I had only 3 days to try product before my 2 wk trial ended. I immediately disliked the product & tried to cancel right away. I called & left a complaint about taste & wish to cancel on the 18th which they said was when my trial ended even though I only had 3 days of the product! On 2/21 when they finally answered the phone, they denied getting the message & said I was late as I called & finally reached a representative 3 days too late according to representative even though I had the product only 5 days at that point. The shipping date said 2/6 & I received it on the 15th in a 2 day mailer. Quite a time discrepancy!!!
