I made a purchase on Wondershare for $49.95 in December. My credit card statement had a charge of $1.95 from "ES "Value Plus Monthly" directly under the Wondershare charge. Since this purchase, I have been charged $24.95 per month by this so called, "ES "Value Plus Monthly".
I finally noticing this unfamiliar charge, phoned the number on my credit card statement and was sent to "Programstop.com". I phoned again today and spoke to a real person who informed me that when I made my purchase in December of I must have clicked on a link for "coupons", which counted as an authorization of my signature, which has meant an authorization of the charges! I have paid over $300 for something that I never authorized, and I have received nothing in return.
