I ordered the free trial for the skin care range, and on two seperate dates 03 feb, 05 feb they have charged me for products I haven't received and without authorisation have charged my credit card. Now I'm left with trying to get this money back. I have also had to cancel my credit card to avoid further annauthorised charges.
