There has been a problem with this site for about two weeks. My bids did not register and it was not posible to use the "buy it now" feature. The spin for additional bids has not worked in 5 days. I had originally paid the $99 for bids. I used about 1/3 the bids and then stopped because of the web site problems. They promise to respond to on line questions within 15 minutes. This is a total lie. I have yet to get an answer to my first request of over a week ago. Since then I have sent 6 more inquiries to them with no reply. I finally got a phone number for them from my credit card statement. The person at the other end acknowledged that they were having problems but refused to refund any of my money.
