This is the second month that this amount has been taken out of my checking account. I have no idea who this company is. I called them, and of course I am to blame for signing up with Travelocity and not cancelling after a trial period of something, so MVQ takes my money. Well, I have not been on Travelocity for years! This company is such a sham. I asked for my money back, they won't do it! I asked for the persons' name who I was speaking to, she gave a different name than what she said when she picked up the phone, I asked for her ID number, she sighed, and gave me an authorization number.
