The company had a website, not called Full Blessing, but something else, and claimed to be a Burberry outlet. I was searching for a bag from a past season that is no longer available from the regular store, but they had the bag on their website. I purchased the bag but what I received was different from what was shown in the picture on the website, and was is definitely a cheap quality counterfeit. I went back to their website to find their e-mail address to request a refund, but found in the fine print that it was a gmail account, so at that point I realized that this was probably not a legitimate business. No one ever responded to my refund request. However, I reported this to my Visa card company and they were able to use the argument that what I received was not the same as what was pictured on the website to reverse the charges. Full Blessing now has to argue for the funds to be returned, not the other way around. They have 45 days to dispute this with me so the matter is still unresolved but I feel much better now. I suggest that anyone do the same if they are in this situation. Keep the item, even though you want to throw it away, in case you need it as evidence.
