I want to reply to Becky... You should have been patient... I also ordered UGGs on the 19th of Dec and received a beautiful pair yesterday. They also said my card was no good, but I used a Mastercard debit card and emailed them and they emailed me back and accepted the mastercard and I have tracked the delivery with the number they gave me and have been in constant touch with them and they always returned my emails telling me where the boots were every day! Email them!
