I received a check for $4,954.23 and a letter informing me that I had won $200,000. It instructed me to contact MICHAEL CIZARO for more information on processing my claim and activation of the enclosed check. The check is supposedly to cover the insurance and administration fees. Really, let me get this straight I won a lottery that I've never heard of and now I have to contact this random number and provide personal information to collect.
