I just happened to look at my account because I already knew I was going in the negative, but then I saw this check and was wondering what check? It said Ukeepvoip and I went to bank this morning. They had me call and you can only call and leave a message. No matter what extension you make up and put in or even if you try to talk to someone in sales... It still goes to voicemail... I am really upset because these are extra fees i did not need and I dont know this compnay or authorize them to take any money out... I maybe going back to the bank this evening to speak with someone else... Because ididnt authorize this charge.
