As like everyone else on this page and the unsuspected others I was fooled my the free trail. I paid my shipment/handling fee of £2.99 and received my product. I had been using the product for a week and noticed no change in appearance.
I looked at my bank account today and was shocked to see the £74.95 had left my bank account. I cried for hours.
I spoke to my bank to try resolve this issue but I had no luck. I spoke with the company direct (08081787320 Option 1) and was told by paying for the goods I was accepting the T&C's.
I remember reading the T&C's but do not remember seeing anything about cancelling a trail. Still in floods of tears I might had.
After I calmed down I rang the company back and informed them I was going to pass the number onto my 'solicitor'. I was offered 3 free samples of the product but insisited I was going to contact my 'solicitor' I was then offered half the money back and this would show in my account 7-10 days. I took a payment ref, the operator name and assured them I would call if I did not get the cash.
This is a very expensive and un necessary leeson to be learnt.

I believe the T&C's we all read are differant to the ones that on the website.

Stick too your guns ladies, because this company is very shameful.

I hope we all get our money back.
