I brought my chainsaw into Total Power to get it sharpened on a Monday. They told me it would be done on Wednesday. When I called them the following Monday, they still hadn't touched it. When I expressed displeasure about this, they just slapped it together any old way. When I got the chainsaw home, I found that the chain was dangerously loose, hardly tightened at all. As you probably know, loose chains can cause kickback and serious injury to the user. To my amazement, when I called back, instead of expressing concern, they acted like it was no big deal. People that don't want to do their job properly on chainsaws are a hazard to the community. They should be shut down before they hurt somebody!
