Man claiming to be an attorney in New York, NY with a 646 area code by the name of Michael Gold leaves voicemail saying that he is calling about publisher's clearing house. Called back - he is a very convincing con man and claims that you have won second place or $500,000 in the Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes. He speaks of how he has a contact at the IRS by the name of Michael Roberts that can charge significantly less on taxes from winnings but needs a wire transfer to do so.
