Signed up for a 'trial' skincare product - they took £ 2.95 - that is fine - but i actually signed up for them taking £ 74.95 per month!!! I tried to cancel but their phone system just puts me on hold without ever answering - all the bank can do is stop further payments going out but not for 30 days - complete scam and scandal - I have now tried emailing them for what good that will do
