Told by the company that I was a perfect candidate for a personal loan. Packaging fee would be $499.00. One of their documents they sent me stated: "If you are not approved by the lenders we submit your application to and are not able to obtain unsecured loans or credit lines (excluding credit cards) from ANY institution on your own we will refund your packaging fee in full provided you submit acceptable verification that the other loan was approved after moving forward with Loan Source." I sent documentation on 9/02 that I had been approved for a loan by another company. I have yet to receive my refund.
