Well people I wish I had did my research before I fell for the scam. Now I am just out of luck... My rent is due and I borrowed money thinking that this scam was on the up and up. I received a call from this guy by the name of Robert Williams he called me from 876-891-4833 said he was calling from Winners international and that I have won 2.5 million dollars and a 2012 Mercedes benz with a 3 years free insurance and a 3 year gas card. I said wow great news! I asked how did I win this and this is how he got me I had filled out a sweepstakes entry form in this store that I went to that said I could win exactly what he had mentioned to me so that is why I fell for it thinking that I have possibly won this sweepstake. He went on to tell me what I needed to do in order to get my check released and delivered to me by his boss and 3 other men. The ceo of the company name is or suppose to be Craig Bently. This guy called me with this heavy west indian accent and said Yes we will be delivering your brand new car today and your check for 2.5 million, we just need for you to pay the taxes and fee for the delivery. I am so happy thinking of all the wonderful things I could do like get out of debt and get caught up on my rent said ok. So I used the money I had for my rent to send to then western union. They gave me a contact name "Kemar Kerr, Address: 100 king Street Kingston Jamaica WI and said to send 700.00 to him and he will complete all the important documents that I would need to receive my package and to call him back once I had the 10 digit number so he can verify that the payment has been received so I did. When I called back to verify the money had been sent he said we are leaving for the airport at this moment and once we arrive at the airport I will call you to let you know we are there. I waited about 2 to 3 hrs he called said he was at the airport and was stuck in customs due to the amount of the package they would not let him through customs and he was told by customs that he would have to pay $1500.00 to have the package released and i would have to pay that amount. I told him that I do not have that amount of money and if possible can you just have them to call me to verify this information. I also asked him for the name of the person in custom that was holding the package so that I could contact them as well. He said he could not pronounce the name of the person but to call his company which was suppose to be " American money corporation" they would verify my winnings and he gave me an id number. I said i did not want to verify the winnings I wanted the number to the customs department. He gave me the number to the office to contact his boss. The number is 412-238-8674. So he said can you just see if you can get the 1500 and you can even bring it to the airport and pay the customs department. I said no there is no way I can get that kind of money if that was the case I would have paid all of my rent. He said well my company is going to pay for me to stay over until this matter has been resolved. I said well you know what I would just like to have my money back and you can give the package to another winner. He said well you mean I have come this far and you are going to let your self as welll as me down? I said well sorry but I did not know you had to put any type of money down to receive your winnings and if so then it should come out of your winnings. So he said well I will contact the company and see if they can refund your money. He then called me back later to say the company said they will refund your money in a money order. I said I need my money back now! I sent it to your contact person through western union so why cant they send it back to me through western union? He had no answer for that and by the way his number that he called me from was 876-429-4902 or 876-891-4833. Then the next day i received a call from a "James Jefferson" saying he was from the federal bureau of investigations and they have been investigating this scam and told me that the money I sent to this Kemar Kerr was not a representative of that company and I will be receiving my money back as soon as they catch this guy and bring him into custody. He said you have true indeed won this sweepstakes and I myself will make sure that you receive your winnings. He went on to verify my address information and said that I would need to send 250.00 to the right person to complete my legal documents. He said that persons name is Clifton Wright in portland WI and once he receives the money by western union and i call him back with the 10 digit number he will make sure my package is delivered to me I explained my situation as to I am a hard working person and do not have money to throw away this man swore on his family and kids that he would make sure that i would get what's due to me and that this is not a scam. He even had his supervisor contact me and said his name is Mr. Peterson, So i sent the money to the correct person. He is still contacting me from 876-864-5699. However when ever I call the number he does answer. Now he is telling me that my legal documents are being fed ex to him and he should receive them within 2 hours and that he has been in touch with the IRS to make sure everything is a go and as soon as he receives the papers he will contact me and let me know so that i can meet him at home. Thus far I have not heard anything from him. Still waiting. I just feel really stupid and whats even worst is that I have to call my landlord to tell him I do not have his rent. I feel real sick to my stomach thatI have allowed this people to take advantage of me. These people are out there and taking people for there hard earned money. Please Please Please figure out some way to get this scammers. I have all of my receipts so if there is something that can be done, please respond to this email
