I ordered a free trial for $4.95 shipping and handling I never realized that they had charged me $89.87 on Sept 26, and I contacted CCBILL.com at 877-374-0182 and informed them that I did not authorize anyone to take $89.87 out of my account and I told them that I wanted this cancelled immediately, however I contacted my bank this morning about fraud & scam on my credit card and they informed me that they had taken out another $89.87 from my account on Oct 24 they sent me another bottle on Friday when I received it I called to find out what is going on. I got on the computer and contacted CCBILL.com to cancel and was informed that it would cost me 34.95 to cancel, not going to happen I will be going to my bank tomorrow and dispute the charges, and also I had to cancel my debit card, I will be filing a complaint with the West Virginia Attorney General's Office for scam and fraud, I went on line and there are numerous complaints from other consumers being scammed by this company. You help in this matter would be deeply appreciated.
