I wrote to you awhile ago i never heard from you about my claim. I signed up with itok because i had a bug on my computer & the salesman told me it would cost me $ 149- to clean it up & then he said i should take other ins. To take care of other problems witch cost me another $ 20- a month. I asked him if i don, t like your service can i quit anytime & he said yes & i would get a pro rated money back. The next couple of days i had more problems & i called their tech support & he told me there will be a charge to fix it & i got very mad & he said no charge this time but the next time there will be a charge. I got so mad & called their customer service to cancel & she told me i get nothing back at all & then she tried to sell me more ins. I told her what her salesman told me that for $ 320- for the year it would take care of everything & i can get my money back pro rated. If this isn, t a scam or fraud what would you call it? Please help me thank you.
