The aforementioned company, MegaFlix.net, assured me at the time I joined, that my credit card would never be charged, and that the company only needed the credit card information to ensure that I, as a customer was legitimate, and that my request was not fraudulent. Needless to say, when checking my credit card statement, there was a $50.00 unauthorized charge to my account.
