I was phoned about 3 weeks ago and was told that I was to get a FREE serum all they wanted was the post charge and to pass on my bank details. I said oh no no no no no I dont give my details to anyone over the phone anshe kept talking and I hung up on the 1st october £74.95p was taken out of my bank I am an elderly disabled bedbound lady and I am very distressed about this please help me thankyou
