I have sent the following e-mail 2 times but no submission no reply.

Subject: Upclick Purchase Confirmation

I have purchased this pdf 2011 pro 2 times for converting PDF to word, and have tried several times of installation and deleting (renewal) the program. However it didn't work in any manner.

It showed as the attached copy every time even after new installation, and pdf viewing was too slow or not work than free ware. What happened? (my windows is XP)

I want to refund my 2 buyings of months ago and this time based on your warranty procedure.
