I purchased a water slide from this company on May 14. On June 10, i noticed the one side of the slide was not blowing up all the way and the seams were leaking air. I called the company and told them about the problem. They told me to take pictures and send them to them along with my receipt. I provided them with the pictures and receipt. From then on, they have been giving me the run around. I bought this slide for my 3 grandchildren so that they would have something to keep cool in for the summer. My grandchildren only went on the slide 4 times.

I contacted Toys R Us and spoke to the manager because that is where i had the slide shipped to for pick up. The manager also emailed and called the company and they are not getting back to them either. They told me that they could send me a new one but they are on back order and they would send me a rain check. I told them no, i would greatly appreciate my money back. They want me to wait for a new one and who knows if that one would be defective also.
