Both companies owed me money. Verizon owed me $500 for a broken phone and att owed me $99 for an unpaid rebate. Both support teams love to use the phrase "it should show up on your next bill" and they close the ticket. Eventually got my money. Here's the result: ATT: 3 account support calls, 5 clerks, 3 months. Verizon: 7 account support calls, 12 clerks, 5 months.
Don't reply Verizon or Att. Tired of hearing "not how we do things", or "sincerest apology."
