I saw an add telling me that I would recieve a CD with information on it that would allow me to visit web sites containing information on how to find out about different government grants. The only cost that was mentioned was a mailing fee of $2.97. The add never mentioned that a monthly membership fee of $57.93 would be automaticaly taken from my account. I would never agree to spend that kind of money for something like that muchless let any institution make an automatic withdraw from my account. Now how am I going to pay my electric bill, as I usually know how much, if any I can afford to spend on stuff like that, because I am self-employed I figure my bill paying money very tightly.
