I wanted to cancel the 3 month membership and reduce the charges to a 1 month membership. Prior to becoming a paying member, the e-mails and numerous correspondence was very active. After my payment was received, the e-mails and numerous correspondence had stopped cold. Here is the e-mail I received from them:

Dear Member,
Please follow the steps below if you want to downgrade to a 1 month membership:
1.) log into your account and go to https://secure. Xdating.com/billing/upgrade
2.) purchase the 1 month membership
3.) once you've done this reply to this email and we'll cancel & refund your initial 3 month premium membership.

STAY AWAY and don't waste your time. I had to dispute this with my credit card company.
