Tully's changed out its points awards with no explanation. I had 296 points worth three pounds of coffee (market value of $36). Aribtrarily they said under the new plan the equivalent was 9 cups of coffee, or in my case $15.21 worth of value. If Tully's is willing to cheat you small time on their awards system, imagine how they may be cheating you big time on the quality of their coffee. This took place at the Tully's at Center and Shattuck in Berkeley, Ca. The barista reported my complaint by phone to her manager. I only want fair play, and not a ripoff resulting from a change in the rules of the game.
