Paid $99 for "background check". Can log in and edit profile, whoop-di-doo. They supplied us with 4 leads via email, we followed up with it initially. All 4 clients replied with such a similar answer that it put up huge red flags. And, conveniently, all their answers were "I'm sorry, the position has been filled". Tried to contact the woman who signed us up, Jackie, but no one picks up the phone, no one returns our voicemails, and the automated menus just keep you going in loops. Our emails all came back saying to go to the FAQ section of the website, which says to contact a certain person if your question isn't answered, and that person's auto reply says to check the website!!! Laughable, if we hadn't put our money into this. And here's some more info: their contact info has changed from this West Hollywood address. According to their website, it is now: 1-888-302-9256,848 N Rainbow Blvd, Suite 3501, Las Vegas NV 89107. We will be reporting them to the BBB under this new address.
