I bought a guest book on Allforyourwedding.com in October and when a month had passed and I didn't receive it, I tried to contact them. The customer service phone was answered by a recording that said they only take e-mail messages. (It sounded like someone was running the business out of their garage.) I contacted them by e-mail repeatedly and I received no response. My credit card had already been charged and I had no way to contact them.in January they responded that the guest book was out of stock and if I wanted a similar one and I responded, again they dropped off the face of the earth. I bought another one only to receive an additional one from them in ripped packaging and not at all the one I was ordering. When I wrote to ask for a refund, I received an immediate reply that refused to provide it (suddenly the customer service was available to deny a refund).
There are many wonderful wedding suppliers online so learn from my mistake and avoid this one.
