Oh where do I begin... It's the same. I simply need to know ways to get them from the state-of Atlanta! They forced us involved with it and we dropped hundreds... Enough to really purchase a little home. We ended cost on two inspections and today we're getting prosecuted. We attempted to create payment plans a week ago nevertheless when I received a fax of our contract it mentioned I'd deliver them 12 post-dated checks. After I informed her we couldnt do this she began developing horns privately of her mind. I sent her a notice declaring we're seeking a lawyer which we'd not deliver her 12 inspections. She instantly named and chuckled within the telephone and beat to fake my notice. After I hung-up on her she called back three more occasions giggling within the telephone. My partner was right alongside me. The 3rd period I dropped it and that I screamed within the telephone "DON'T CALL-BACK!" She subsequently sent me an awful g, crossing out my name and placing my partners title... Like he didnt understand something about this. Ha! It's apparent the organization is just a bag of garbage. Just how can we close them along? Horrible economy plus they are sucker-punching every small company they are able to slither themsleves into. Most likely not... The organization lawyer may be the former associate attorney-general in Illinois. Hmmm what otherwise, they contribute to political strategies... RICO lawsuits. The money-they have cheated from harmless smaller businesses they've capitalized on and therefore are purchasing their method to the most effective! Im still so angry... Nowadays is Friday and that I still cant do my work in the office... This is actually the next time of stewing. All I will do is study this terrible scenario.
