Charge me 54.00 for over night connection

I live in huntsville al. For 30 yrs. Move to va in 2006 my daughters phone was in my name she had them taken out then lost her cell phone while i was restating her phone she was getting a cell phone this was in sept. Of 2009 the next day she cancelled the home phone they are charging me 54.00 for over night i get the nesty phone calls and she gets the letters she is not going to pay she does not have the money i am on foods medicare with an income of 681.00 amonth so the the collections not call anymore thank
