While my husband and that i respected this terrible attorney we and like everyone he has fraud. We gave our money wishing he would find us a, as it happens that it's been over 8 weeks and nothing has occur. We ought to have know as soon as their office move plus they didn't advise us. My husband had to consider his office and luckly we wind up finding it. This will have been a red flag for all of us, but since we were but still are despret we continue to let him manage our situation. The sad part is that now's 5/21/10 and our home is in a foreclosure. We've called his workplace severall occasions, fax over any paperwork they needed and not really bother to call us.
The truth is he never did anything to obtain us financing change. He guarantee us our cash back (which we're still awaiting). Every employee that works there realize that he's messing people over in the director george, serena, john and in the person who answers the telephone. Since it's nearly 10 days before your foreclosure court day john that works for him is asking people saying there's still something they could do if we give him 5 thousand dollars. Whoa! I really could not believe they'd the nerv to ask us for more money when he'sn't completed anything to assist us.
All he's done is give us frustration, tension, required our cash, and today we do not have a house. A roof for the children.
This hold process with this lawyer has emotianally affects us. I simply hope he knows that what comes around circles. He's doing this into a large amount of his client, but at the conclusion he'll get what he diserves.
I simply have to do a reaserch on the best way to sue him because he must be end the moment possible.
