Rebecca Mammel-Delicata Stole logo idea and did not pay for it, using business as front for tax evasion, no taxes paid on items sold, false representation, poor credit, non payment of funds, rip off, harassment, inappropriat

Hired by Becky Mammel-Delicata to do logo work for her website on February 11.

"Hey i just wanted to let you know that i havnt forgot about you. Money is really tight right now, and I am trying to fit the logo in my budget still. I will let you know just as soon as i can. Thank you for your patience. It shouldnt be too long"

(actual letter from Rebecca Mammel Delicata response date February 11th)

I was informed on March 4th, that i would not recieving payment due to "i ripped to logo off of another site"... I simply manipulated an image off of google, and preformed my own custom calligraphy over the object. Rebecca refuses payment of such services and therefore owes David Willam VanDenHoek $100 for the use of her custom designed logo, on www.mypinkparadise.com www.pinkparadise.com.

Becky knew of the prices for the said logo design, and afterwards, decided to do her "own" logo design after she was informed how to on her website via www.photobucket.com.

Also, is has been known for Rebecca Mammel Delicata to not pay taxes on the money that she aquires from the wesite (s), www.mypinkparadise.com www.pinkparadise.com and has evaded tax payments for the last 6 quarters, (this document written March 04) and therefore should not be looked upon as a legal business, but shall be looked upon as a tax shelter.

(All statements are hearsay and not actual facts, they are of actual no legal significance whatsoever, and only opinion should be based on such)

(this document shows that as of 2/11 Rebecca Mammel Delicata owes David William VanDenHoek $100 for services of creating a logo for her website, which she agreed to pay the charges for such services. An additiional $25 shall be added to the amount of the balance of $100 for every ten (10) days that there is not a payment recieved, and is payment for such rendered services as stated below:
