Second Hand Sam owned by Arlen Sam Brown, takes objects for consignment mostly furniture and art and does not present clients with proper accounting nor pay for the goods at an assigned time. She does not respond to quires in person, email, or by post. This small business person, refuses to address what happens to articles entrusted to her and in effect steals. It is strongly recommended that clients beware of this dishonest business person.
