My 78 Mustang was brought to a mechanic and never came back the same. I told the shop manager that they did something to my car and he told me to pay for more diagnostics. I know it is an old car but I feel that they did something to it so they can milk me. I posted my not so happy review and was contacted by their reputation manager Chris Parson.
I will say that Chris did help me get this issue resolved but I feel that I was forced by their tactics, which is why I am posting this review on these guys. I understand that companies need to have their reputation taken care of in order to keep their business going and I also know that ben white automotive is not a scammer but I just cant believe that there are businesses that are built on protecting companies from their own bad reputation. What is this world coming too? What happend to the old days? Maybe I should have just sucked it up, but... Oh well.
