NHE will not answer phones, contacts made on their website or emails to confirm the certification has been granted to individuals.in other words, if you are an employer who wants to verify a resume of a potential employee, or are a job-hunter who wants to let an employer know that there is a way to verify your resume, there is no way to do this.
Additionally, the staff will not answer the phone - absolutely impossible to speak to these people - in fact, their website tells you that you will never speak to someone by phone from their organization (warning that if you do, it would be fake). Very, very odd that the NHE is unwilling to answer the phone and prove their existence.
The website is more than happy to take your money for certification materials or products (one of which is actually titled 'Scam'), however, are unwilling to communicate.
I have had no proof of the existence of the certification process from this organization. The organization MAY exist, but a CERTIFICATION PROCESS involves exams, grading, getting results back in a timely manner, and allowing the public to know or veify your certification.
Finally, an easy way top check-up on ANY organization is call your credit card fraud department before using your card to purchase anything from the organization. When I asked mine re: NHE, I was told to BEWARE!
