I placed a box with one of the comapnies representatives on November 28 to be delivered to El Salvador. I was told the box would be sent out on November 30 and would take approx. 30-45 days. It has been over 68 days as of today.
I have talked with the company every week since Christmas and keep getting excuses. At first, I was told the box was there but because of the holiday and El Salvador closes their offices from Christmas until after the New Year, my box would be delivered the first or second week of January. Every week after that has been something different, i.E. Papers were lost, trouble with the company in El Salvador, inspection problems, they were sorting the boxes etc.
I have asked for the manager or owner several times and am always told he is not available or not there. I was given the number to the company in El Salvador and at first they told me the problem was with the company here but the company here says its their problem in El Salvador and now one answers the number in El Salvador.
