October Agent Advantage sales person David Brown contacted me regarding a custom web site. I have been a happy customer for 8 years and was looking to increase my exposure. Over several calls we detailed the features I was looking in writing and reviewed each line. David assured me that it could all be done and repeatedly guaranteed me I would be satisfied.
I paid $1,500 up front as required, a little nervous but based on our 8 year history I was confident they would be great. I followed through the process and was assigned a web designer. Prior to our first meeting I provided example sites, a detailed list of features David Brown and I has agreed to and URL's where I had deposited content for use on the site.
Over the period of the first month to 6 weeks the web designer was able to redraw the basic layout of the example site, without content or functionality. I provided content such as free reports, web based custom calculators, homeowners kits and developed educational videos for the site.
