I wanted to look up this collection agency before I committed to making payments to them. I did not find a legitimate website for Debt Management Partners. I am a customer of Cashnet USA and am now in collections with Debt Management Partners. I have tried calling several times on (Daniel Valentino's) land line and also the national number at 1800-883-9067. I left a voicemail message for Mr. Valentino and called several times, but I never got a response. I also called the 1800 number and immediately was responded by an automatic-voice message saying, "We are currently on another call. We will be with you momentarily. Please don't hang up. Someone will be with you shortly." I waited on hold for about 3 minutes with that automatic-voice message repeating and after that it was pure silence. I waited on hold for a total of 15 minutes and no one answered. I have a debt to pay off with Cashnet USA and now I don't know what to do since the collection agency does not respond.
