Cybertek steals domain names that are not his or his company's! Makes a bait and switch deal then pretends to be authorized to change name on your registrar and hi-jack your companies domain name if you will not pay more than you owe to him or his company. He came in to upgrade computers. Gave a cheap bid for the long haul... But an expensive up front fee to blow out and install software he says he is familiar with and therefore will allow him to "take better care of our network and decrease the amount of times his techs have to come out and help us." FIRST, I TOLD HIM WHO THE AUTHORIZED PEOPLE WERE AND THEY WERE OF COURSE, THE OWNERS. I told him passwords could only be changed by owners. David continuously gave unauthorized people access and passwords to our data. Over and over this happened, i called him out on it. He played dumb. He quoted us a low price after we paid thousands of dollars for him to upgrade our software. He stated we didn't need a contract he was so good and cheap we wouldn't want to lose him. Wow, we were suckers. What he did was get us to fire him because he wouldn't answer our calls. Why, he bid it too cheap and already had thousands of our hard earned dollars. So he gathered all our passwords and then go online with our web domain registrars and stole our domain names. This joker never owned our domain names, wasn't even in the picture when we bought our domain names years before we even met them.in fact, never participated in the creation or hosting of our sites. This was theft in the most basic form. Then he tried to black mail us into paying money we didn't owe in order to get our own property back. Sorry, no way. But thanks for the request in writing that helps with the case. We are going to go after everything to prove a point. If you look up David Neel on the floyd county indiana web site and look up civil cases, you will pull up over 50!!! Cases he is the plaintiff on. Funny, none are under his company name but he files lawsuits all the time. This time we are going for a lot of damages. We have been advised we are in the right and the law is on our side. I am so comfortable because the evidence speaks for itself. These computer companies think they can steel your identity because you have to give them information to work on your computers. They think they can hold your company name over your head legally. But they can't. We all need to step it up and make them stop bullying the little guys. They don't own our company name or property. The fact is this guy thinks he was going to get by with it shows me, I must go all the way. Damage to our company was severe but we are fighting this one. WATCH OUT FOR THIS PIECE OF WORK and his followers. COMPUTER people seem to be confused. You hire them to do work for your company and/or computers. Hello, the company and its name was there before you and will be there after you, you own nothing with their name on it! That is protected. They think they own the work and/or computers! I have fortunately had more good ones than bad but this one, CYBERTEK-eng.com took cheating and stealing to a whole new level. Hide your passwords from this guy and get your computers checked if he is your man. Check the name on your domain name, I bet you will be surprised. Test him. Make him mad tomorrow, watch what happens. He expected to be paid to make up for the fact he couldn't do the word for the amount he bid. Sorry, that is not my problem. Change your passwords. Just watch how jekyl and hyde he gets when you disagree with him on something. Especially billing! I have now heard from others that had similar experiences after I spoke to the large amount of people he has sued. Wow, he is unbelievable. What happened to trust and hard work versus stealing and identity theft. This happened some time back and I am just now getting the time to address it. I am optimistic that justice will be swift. I already have my biggest domain name back thanks to the federal anti-cyber squatting laws and numerous agencies that are stepping up the game to stop these thiefs. David neel tried to over-bill and change the agreement. We said no. However, one of the domain names is still missing and appears he tried to make even more money on selling it out from under us. Should you disagree with him or his overbilling practices he will STEAL YOUR DOMAIN NAME AND REDIRECT IT TO HIM... He may have done this already, better check. Even if it isn't his. He starts out saying he will FILTER SPAM ON YOUR EMAIL. Hello, most companies offer that for free!!! WE WERE GETTING IT FOR FREE WHEN HE TRIED THIS TRICK ON US. Hey computer people, when you are paid money you do not own the companies name or intellectual property. Even though we registered our own names years before we met cybertek, some companies including cybertek think that if they register a name for you and you pay them to do this that they own the name you paid them to register!!! Bullhockey. This case is easier, we registered it and hosted it ourself for years before every meeting the thief, david neel. Guess what, even if you are not paid FOR unrelated services, you still don't own or have the right to just steal something that isn't your trademark or company owned intellectual property. There are other laws if you feel you were not paid adequately that you have to follow, just as we do if we feel we are not paid. Just as we are doing in this case, filing a lawsuit and pressing criminal charges. We do no do vigilante justice! WHATS CRAZY HERE IS... We registered our domain names and had our websites up and running for years before and we were the listed owner on our registrar until he fraudulently and illegally changed the name on the owner page to himself and thought he wouldn't be held liable for this illegal identity theft. Thank god we have the documentation and proof that he redirected our owner page to him... Bad mistake. Illegal, immoral and unforgivable. We were taken to the cleaners by Cybertek ENGINEERING and by, Tammie Neel, Dan and David Neel. Damage from his actions have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars and we are going after it all. We have had enough. We are going after what is rightfully ours! First, thank god for the authorities that helped me to get my website back, one of them anyway. CYBERTEK ENGINEERING knows good and well they had zero claim to our website. I particularly love the incriminating evidence in their own writing that i have proving my case. Both of the websites david neel stole by pretending to have permission when he did not and by changing passwords without my consent, was a case of identity fraud and many other illegal acts. There was only one person authorized to get onto the registrar screen and that was me. Never did I authorize such actions. I LOVE THE fact that the documention is overwhelmingly in our favor and having the truth in black and white helps all juries see what the man and company did to us. I am not easily intimidated and will not rest until justice is served. Time has been my friend even though I didn't know it but I plan to get every penny of referrals I lost by illegally having my website stolen and then down when it was stolen. Be careful of your computer company, check your site ownership.
