I purched goods from this company in excess of GBP 1000.00 via internet, while I was overseas, in hopes that the purchased goods would be delivered at my return. On receipt of the goods I found written on the delivery note enclosed, that there were a few items that will be shipped later. I immediately phoned and I was informed that these items would arrive 3 days later - this was 17 August.
I have contacted them via email numerous times 21 August, 28 August, 29 October and again today. Te period between 28 August and 29 October I phoned them 5 times from overseas and every time they asked me the same question and gave the same response "I will have to contact the warehous, can I call you back?" - no result
I have also seen on the internet that there are many other people who claim to have had the same problem, so I am hoping to post this story on as many websites as possible, send it to as many consumer watchdogs and agencies as possible and I am considering legal action against them I I do not receive a satisfactory result no later than Monday 25 January.
If anybody reading this wishes to use this and report them anywhere else, I will gladly send all email correspondece as evidence. I would just like to have the goods purchased or my money refunded by this utterly deceiving and unprofessional bunch of crooks!
