Despite repeated calls and talks to Chris about leaking around chimney flashing, and internal damage warning, Ameri has failed in 4 days of excellent weather to take care of the problem. On 12/21 Chris said they would put a tarp around chimney if needed. Heavy rain has been forcast for a week, there is no excuse not to even come to my home. 3 Phone contacts since 12/0909 by Chris stating he would take care of it. DGYoung
