These people working under their old name Providence Funding ripped us off for over a $100,000.00. They are actually headed up my a man that claims to be a Catholic Priest called Father Barney Canada has just been charged by the IRS for taking 2.6 million in advance fees for mortgages never funded. They have now changed to St Luke Realty showing a Bob Miller as President who was their Vice-President when we dealt with them. Same MO same address etc, they are good and very smooth. Their offices are just down the street from Notre Dame University and even take you for lunch at the University and act like they are part of it, They now even use a Notre Dame postal box but they have nothing to do with the University. They will issue a commitment etc their lawyer then
even takes a big deposit for the closing which never occurs since they come up with so many reasons not to close and postpone and postpone until you know you are never going to see any money
